CAPE TOWN - Western Cape provincial police lack the intelligence to stop mass killings.
That’s according to the province’s community safety and police oversight MEC, Anroux Marais.
She says the city is collaborating with community-based crime fighters to end such crimes.

Meanwile, the Patriotic Alliance is is urging the council to declare a state of disaster as it accuse the city of Cape Town of failing to protect its residents.
This comes after three individuals were murdered over the weekend in Manenberg and two more in Bellville.
