CAPE TOWN - Alleged underworld boss, Nafiz Modack, has been in the witness box for almost a week presenting his evidence in chief.
And in all this time, he's denied orchestrating the murder of the father of a Hawks investigator,
the murder of Anti-Gang Unit top cop Charl Kinnear and the attempted murder of lawyer William Booth.

Kinnear and Nicolaas Heerschap were investigating Modack.
He also denied using Empire Investment Cars, to launder money.
