WATCH | Bester and co-accused's case postponed to February

BLOEMFONTEIN - Thabo Bester and his co-accused appeared in court on Wednesday for a pre-trial conference following delays due to some of the accused changing legal representatives. 

Thabo Bester's legal team is also challenging his arrest in Tanzania.

Their application seeks to challenge the court's jurisdiction on the matter, as well as whether he can receive a fair trial.
