JOHANNESBURG - Frustrated ANC stalwart Mavuso Msimang dropped a bombshell last night, terminating his party membership after six decades.

He's described his former political home of being riddled with corruption, and in danger of losing power.
In his resignation letter Msimang lists a few of the party's failures, including the Life Esidimeni tragedy, that he says happened on their watch.
