JOHANNESBURG - ActionSA has claimed victory for the court ruling that hospitals, schools and police stations be exempted from rolling blackouts.
The party says that while other applicants in the matter sought to have the regulated power cuts declared unconstitutional, ActionSA was the only applicant to specifically ask the court for humanitarian relief to exempt these vital service providers.
