WESTERN CAPE - The Democratic Alliance is leading in the Western Cape with a majority, followed by the ANC, Patriotic Alliance, and EFF in the fourth position.
Some Mother City residents say they’re not surprised by the elections scoreboard, while others have mixed emotions about the DA retaining power.
Many are hoping that, with some fierce opposition, those in power will provide equal services to all.
eNCA’s Nobesuthu Hejana spoke to voters about their expectations.
