EAST LONDON, EC - eNCA's Election Bus is criss-crossing the Eastern Cape and on Monday, it's in East London.

The province is one of the poorest in the country and residents there, are faced with poor service delivery, dilapidated infrastructure and high levels of crime among many other issues.
