WATCH | 13 members of 'The Firm' gang in court

CAPE TOWN - The net appears to be closing in on Western Cape organised crime bosses and those who do their dirty work.

A number of arrests have been made in the past week including one in connection with the murder of City of Cape Official Wendy Kloppers who was shot dead at a construction site last year.

Some of those arrested joined the alleged head of the 28s organised crime gang, Ralph Stanfield, his wife Nicole and others.

They have been charged under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act and face multiple charges.
