JOHANNESBURG - The current wage agreement between the South African Municipal Workers Union and employers will end on 30 June.

The union convened a special central executive committee meeting which also looked at the upcoming wage negotiations.
The committee decided to ask employers for a 15-percent increment or R4000.
The union's secretary, Dumisane Magagula discussed this with eNCA.
