Tracker statistics | Vehicle theft mainly reported on Saturdays

JOHANNESBURG - Tracker's vehicle crime statistics have just been released.

It reveals that hijackings account for 54 percent of all vehicle incidents, with the highest number clocked on Fridays between 4pm and 8pm.

The findings also show an increase in hijacking of business owned vehicles.
