Township economy | Kasi traders more agile than formal businesses

JOHANNESBURG - Kasi entrepreneurs are not just surviving, they’re thriving.

That's according to recent research from GIBS Entrepreneurship Development Academy.

It found township hustlers are more adapt at dealing with issues like shortages of stock and resources.

They are also breaking all business rules, like supporting and helping their direct competitors.
