JOHANNESBURG - Tourism Minister Patricia de Lille is not happy with the Tourism Equity Fund.
She says the funding application process in painfully slow.
The fund was set up to help small, black businesses to take part in the sector.
But, the Minister says it's now hurting and not helping the hampering growth of the industry and transformation.
De Lille says this is also contributing to low job creation rates in the hospitality sector.
