Team SA sending 37 athletes to Paralympics

JOHANNESBURG - The 2024 Paralympic Games opening ceremony is a week away. 

South Africa is sending a modest team of just 37 athletes. 

Team SA has competitors in athletics, archery, cycling, judo, equestrian, triathlon, swimming, boccia, and wheelchair tennis. 

Sprinter and long jumper Mpumelelo Mhlongo and swimmer Kathrine Swanepoel will be the country's flag bearers.
