DURBAN - The fight between taxi operators and commuters is a common sight in South Africa.
Now, SANTACO is cautioning taxi operators not to bar travelers from turning to alternative modes of transport.
This follows after female driver was was verbally abused and forced out of her car by a taxi marshal in the presence of her children.

And unfortunately, this is not the first instance of it's kind.
There’s also been instances of e-hailing drivers being threatened.
