JOHANNESBURG - The United Africa Blockchain Association has turned to technology to address age-old governance challenges in the continent.
From 11 to 15 March, the organisation will provide training on Emerging Technologies for Smart Government Capacity building.
Government officials from Zambia, DRC, Uganda, Tanzania and South Sudan will join their South African counterparts in Cape Town.
