Shell Seismic Survey | Victory for Wild Coast activists

JOHANNESBURG - Activists have once again scored a win in their fight against Shell’s seismic surveys off the Wild Coast.

The High Court in Mkhanda has set aside the Mineral Resources Minister's granting of permission to Shell.

The judgment says Shell had an obligation to consult affected parties directly.
