Service delivery | CoGTA Minister sends stern warning to municipalities

JOHANNESBURG - Cooperative Governance Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa is talking tough.

He says radical action will be taken against underperforming municipalities.

This could even see councils being dissolved.

Hlabisa was speaking at the Cabinet Lekgotla in Pretoria this weekend.
