Service delivery | Civic organisations march in Pretoria

PRETORIA - A number of civic organisations are marching to draw attention to the lack of service delivery by the City of Tshwane.

The Lotus Atteridgeville Saulsville Civic Association-led organisations also request that the city investigate their billing method.
