JOHANNESBURG - Former Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane has suffered another legal blow.
The Supreme Court of Appeal this week struck her case off the roll.
She was appealing the High Court’s dismissal of a bid to remove the chair of her impeachment inquiry.
Mkhwebane is now blaming what she calls 'Indian Persecutors' for that outcome.
They include SCA Judge Visvanathan Ponnan, the late Pravin Gordhan and parliamentary legal advisor, Zuraya Adhikarie and Senior Counsel Nazreen Bawa.
We discuss this with constitutional law expert and former Constitutional Court Justice, Johann Kriegler.
