JOHANNESBURG - Johannesburg's water woes are far from over and are being blamed on the government’s mismanagement and diversion of resources. 

Water authorities say the crisis and infrastructure backlog are affecting the City's economic growth. 

There are concerns government doesn't have the billions required to remedy the situation.
