SA's Water Crisis | Dry Christmas for Hillshaven community

JOHANNESBURG - It may have been a day of rain but it was a dry Christmas for the community of Hillshaven in the west of Gauteng. That suburb is one of at least five in the area battling an ongoing water crisis.
