RUSTENBURG - Just 46 percent of our water was drinkable in 2022. That’s according to the Blue and No Drop Water reports released this week.

Non-profit organisation WaterCan say this is a crisis. But, Water and Sanitation minister Senzo Mchunu disagrees.

Manager at WaterCAN Dr Ferrial Adam says municipalities need to fire people who are dragging their feet in making sure that communities are provided with clean and safe water.
