SA’s water crisis | Buffalo City losing money and water

EAST LONDON - The Buffalo City Metro in the Eastern Cape is facing a crisis of water leaks and sewage blockages.

Just four of the municipality's 33 vehicles in the water section are working.

But, there's just no money to fix the problems.

It comes as the DA and ActionSA slam a decision to sharply increase tariffs.
