SA’s racial tensions | Sakeliga accuses government of secret BEE plan

Sakeliga is accusing the Agriculture Department of secretly implementing an AgriBEE enforcement plan. The business organisation says the plan is harmful and not in the public interest. It claims it will restrict import and exports based on the racial makeup of companies. Sakeliga says its lawyers have been instructed to demand the policy be withdrawn.
