SA’s racial tensions | Calls for SAHRC to investigate two WC schools

JOHANNESBURG - There's been widespread outrage over incidents of racism at schools.

Political party Alliance of Citizens for Change is calling on the Human Rights Commission to intervene.

It wants it to probe the enactment of a slave auction at Pinelands High School.

Black pupils in cages were auctioned off to pupils of other races.

It also wants an investigation into a Table View teacher using the 'K-word'.
