SA's economic trouble | South Africans left overdrawn and overwhelmed

JOHANNESBURG - There are concerns over the large number of people seeking debt counselling.

The National Credit Regulator says total outstanding credit reached R2.3-trillion at the end of 2023.

What's even more worrying is that many are in debt traps without proper reasons.
