Gov must do away with the tender system_1
PRETORIA - Government must do away with the tender system.
That's according to the Activists and Citizens Forum.
The forum says the system breeds corruption and violent crime.

This comes after the murder of Rand Water Executive Teboho Joala, who was killed in full view of pupils at a back to school event.
The Forum's Dennis Bloem had a conversation with the eNCA to expand on this.
