JOHANNESBURG - The city of Johannesburg is battling widespread traffic light outages which have been making the daily commute to work and school a complete headache.
Vandalism and power outages continue to be a major challenge in the maintenance of traffic lights.

The Johannesburg Roads Agency says it is working around the clock to address all road safety concerns and to respond to emergencies affecting traffic signals across the city.
