JOHANNESBURG - Persistent sewage pollution in Mogale City is being labelled as a public health crisis.

Thousands of litres of raw sewage have been flowing into rivers and residential areas.

Civil society group, WaterCAN, balmes this on sewerage infrastructure collapse.
