JOHANNESBURG - South Africa’s official unemployment rate has fallen.
It fell from 33.5% in the second quarter of the year to 32.1% in the third quarter of the year.
Although it has to be said that this is still one of the highest unemployment rates in the world and even higher if you consider people who have given up looking for work.
The General Secretary of the South African Federation of Trade Unions, Zwelinzima Vavi discussed this with eNCA.
