SA Corruption Emergency | Special tribunal orders software giant SAP to pay SIU

JOHANNESBURG - The Special Tribunal has ordered SAP, to pay half a billion rand to the Special Investigating Unit after a settlement was reached by the unit and the company.

The settlement follows an acknowledgment of the invalidity of Eskom contracts that were awarded to SAP between 2013 and 2016.
