Transport minister conducts oversight visits
JOHANNESBURG - Dozens of people have lost their lives on the country's roads this festive season.
One of the latest casualties is playwright, composer and artist, Mbongeni Ngema, who died in a car accident in the Eastern Cape on Wednesday.
Transport Minister, Sindisiwe Chikunga, is on a campaign to change these horrific statistics and spoke with eNCA.
