JOHANNESBURG - The state of our rivers and wetlands has been in the spotlight for the past few years.

Communities are complaining of smelly rivers clogged by pollution and incidents of sewage running into our fresh water supplies. The Klipriviersberg Sustainability Association says while rivers across the country have fallen victim to disarray, risking the health of our water supply, there is hope as government projects start to bear good results.
