JOHANNESBURG - Rise Mzansi leader, Songezo Zibi, says government's ability to get the basics done has collapsed.
The newly formed party launched its 'People Manifesto' on 20 January and outlined its focus on eradicating poverty, racism, inequality and unemployment.
As the party gears up for the upcoming elections, Zibi says the party's priorities are fixing government by building a professional public service, and both capable MPs and MPLs.
