JOHANNESBURG - School pupils are increasingly becoming victims of deadly scholar transport crashed.
On Tuesday, Gert Laurence van Emmenis appeared in court.
He's charged with culpable homicide after his vehicle collided with a vehicle transporting pupils in Carletonville.
The July incident left 11 pupils dead.
In light of this, the Road Accident Fund is extending its influential Defensive Driver Workshops to Scholar Transport Drivers across the country.
We discuss this further with RAF Senior Manager for Road Safety, Siphamandla Gumbi.
