Public servants Unqualified officials in senior positions
JOHANNESBURG - There's concern over number of public servants without required qualifications. It's been alleged that most of government's senior officials aren't qualified for their positions.
Public Service and Administration Minister Noxolo Kiviet told Parliament that the number of unqualified senior government officials remained high.
