Prince Simakade's supporters meet after court judgment

KWANONGOMA - Members of the AmaZulu royal family supporting Prince Simakade say they'll oppose President Cyril Ramaphosa's application for leave to appeal the High Court judgment.

The court declared the president's recognition of King MisuZulu KaZwelithini invalid, and set it aside.

The Presidency says that while the President appeals, King MisuZulu remains on the throne.

Prince Simakade's supporters met on Sunday at the oSuthu Royal Palace in KwaNongoma to analyse the judgment and its implications.

eNCA's Siphamandla Goge caught up with Prince Thokozani Zulu, who speaks on behalf of Prince Simakade's supporters.

He started by asking him about the gist of the meeting.
