Pretoria Zoo in a poor state

PRETORIA - Pretoria Zoo looks worrying with few animals, ongoing construction, and neglect.

But it's not staying this way the National Zoological Garden has been fixing things up for a while.

They started improving the parking in July 2022, making it easier to get to the reptile park and aquarium this year.

We spoke to Ntsiki Mpulo from South African National Biodiversity Institute.
