DURBAN - Eskom customers have until Sunday to recode their prepaid meters or face power cuts and hefty costs.
Scores of electricity users have been racing against time to upgrade their meters.
Some 1.7 million customers have still not upgraded, with KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng the biggest culprits.
