Police continue search for convicted rapist

PRETORIA - Police are on the hunt for a dangerous prisoner who escaped from a hospital in Mamelodi.

Convicted rapist Clatta Gumbo has been on the run since Tuesday.

He was serving a life sentence for rape and assault at the Baviaanspoort prison since August 2018.
