OUTA exposes dodgy e-learning tender at a Mpumalanga TVET college

MBOMBELA - OUTA exposed a questionable tender valued at R83-million at Gert Sibande TVET College in Mpumalanga.

The contract for an e-learning platform was significantly inflated and granted without adhering to proper procurement procedures.

As a result, OUTA has called for an investigation by the Special Investigating Unit.
