JOHANNESBURG - Questions are mounting over the allocation of over R5-billion to road agency Sanral.
Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana announced the funding during his medium-term budget policy statement.
Outa says there's been little transparency on how previous funds were used.
Added to that, Sanral continues to pursue motorists for unpaid e-toll debts, despite the system being scrapped.
