Opening of Parliament | Cogta minister Velenkosini Hlabisa reacts to president's speech

PARLIAMENT - President Cyril Ramaphosa has delivered his opening of Parliament address at the Cape Town City Hall.

The President of Inkatha Freedom Party and CoGTA Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa says the investment growth of the country lies with local municipalities. 

He says the Government of National Unity will take the country forward.
