One dead, two injured in factory explosion

CAPE TOWN  - One person has died, and two others were injured after an explosion at the Quantum Foods mill in Malmesbury, Cape Town. 

25-year-old Ncebazakhe Tshisa succumbed to his burn wounds.

 At present, the company says it's uncertain what caused the explosion, as all necessary protocols were violated. Officials say an investigation is underway.
