Nongoma Municipality | Municipal officials nabbed for fraud

JOHANNEBURG - Several senior officials at Nongoma Municipality arrested for fraud, theft and money laundering, have made their first court appearance this morning. 

Police Minister Bheki Cele also attended the court hearing.
