NCC tightens grip on 'pyramid scheme' targeting women

JOHANNESBURG- The National Consumer Commission recently secured a second preservation order against an alleged pyramid scheme that primarily targets women.

The High Court granted the order against Women Against Poverty and Hunger, its founder and eight associated individuals.

The latest order freezes nearly 3.8-million Rand held across 14 bank accounts.
