Nanobubble technology tested to clean up highly polluted Hartbeespoort Dam

CAPE TOWN - The Hartbeespoort Dam in the North West Province has been choked by hyacinth for years.

Pollution levels have also been a big worry for residents and tourists alike, but the quality of water in one section of the dam seems to be improving, thanks to a new technology known as ‘nanobubble,’ which is being tested to clean up the dam.
