Mother faces charges after toddler found mutilated

ADELAIDE - An Eastern Cape mother will appear in court for allegedly neglecting her 2-year-old.

The Adelaide woman reportedly left the child alone to go to a tavern.

It's believed a man then gruesomely mutilated the toddler.

He's been arrested and has already appeared in court.
