CAPE TOWN - More rains are expected in Cape Town on Friday.
Residents are still reeling from heavy downpours that left parts of the Mother City flooded.
City crews are now racing against time to clear blocked drains to avoid further deluges.
They are also issuing sandbags so residents can protect their properties.
