Mbongeni Ngema | Farewell Madlokovu!

DURBAN - World renowned playwright, musician and producer Mbongeni Ngema has been laid to rest in Durban.
Madlokovu - as he was popularly known   - has been described as a legend in arts and culture.

He used his artistic talent to highlight the plight of South Africa's oppressed majority,
during the dark days of apartheid rule.
Speaker after speaker hailed Ngema's passion, talent and his extensive body of work.
